TURNING POINT
- On paper, Triplett was the heavy underdog at 133# against third-ranked Cam Timok but Triplett erased any doubt after a six-point move that saw him put Timok on his back for a four-point near fall in the first period. Timok would later injury default for his first loss of the season.
