- Three-time NCAA III national shot put champion including titles at the 1997 NCAA III Indoor Championship (47-8), the 1996 NCAA III Outdoor Championship (44-9 1/2) and the 1994 NCAA III Outdoor Championship (45-0 3/4).
- Finished as national runner-up in the shot put at the 1996 NCAA III Indoor Championships (44-6 3/4) and at the 1995 NCAA III Outdoor meet (42-8 3/4).
- Placed 5th in the NCAA III Outdoor Championships in the Discus in 1996 (140-8 1/2) and in 1997 (133-10).
