The Duhawk women's track and field finished fifth out of nine teams this past weekend at the Augustana track meet in Rock Island, Illinois.
Freshman Emily Sotelo finished second in the 400 meter hurdles with a time of 65.81 seconds. Sophomore Mary Rector finished first in the 10,000 meter run with a time of 38:28. With that time, Mary Rector put herself fifth on the all-time list for Loras College in the women's 10,000.
Sophomore Katie Langmeier finished in second place in high jump with a jump of 1.65 meters.
Senior Kelsey Kruse also set a new school record this past weekend in the steeplechase. She finished in fourth place with a time of 11:42.
