Katie Wheeler, Katie Langmeier, and Melissa Herrmann each made two first half baskets for the balanced Loras offense to help them to the halftime lead. Trailing 22-18 with four minutes to go in the first half, the Duhawks closed on a 12-0 run. Seven of those points came from the free throw line.

With Luther's leading scorer and rebounder Taylor Johnson in foul trouble throughout the game, Loras outscored the Norse 34-12 in the paint and were +6 in the rebounding margin.

Loras moved back above .500 with the win and will host Carthage College on Wednesday night in the AWC at 6:00 PM.
