Making the All-IIAC cut were Zach Myers, Eric Meyer, and Tyler Wilker – all Dubuque county natives. The honorable mention list included Sam Ross, Devin Kass, and Gavin Kaiser.

Loras' group included the three leading scorers on offense of the 2011 team.

Kaiser led the Duhawks with 36 receptions, 652 yards, and seven touchdowns in nine games. He was in the top ten in the IIAC in receiving yards per game (58.1) during his IIAC contests.

Kass was Loras' leading rusher after converting to the position for the 2011 season. He carried the ball 214 times for 829 yards and four touchdowns. His 71.5 yards per game in the league were sixth best.

Tyler Wilker went 19-for-21 on point after tries and 6-of-8 in his field goal attempts in 2011. His long in the league was 35 yards, his long on the year was 36 yards in the season opener. In the Dubuque game, Wilker went 3-for-3.

Sam Ross played all 10 games at center for the Duhawks and anchored the offensive line. He also chipped in with a half a tackle.

On the defensive side of the ball, seniors Zach Myers and Eric Meyer earned Loras' spots on the second team. Both players were in the top ten in the IIAC with over 70 tackles in league games and were 1-2 on the Duhawks tackles list, registering 51 solo tackles each. Myers (making his second straight appearance on the 2ndteam defense) finished with 96 total tackles, including five for loss and one sack. He forced two fumbles and recovered two more. Meyer finished with 86 tackles, two interceptions, one forced fumble, and one fumble recovery.

Kass, Wilker, and Ross will return for the 2012 season for the Duhawks. Kaiser, Meyer, and Myers wrapped up their careers in 2011.
