2011 All-Iowa Conference Volleyball Team
Loras placed two players on the All-Iowa Conference Volleyball team, both earning sports on the second team. Senior Kaity Frost and Junior Regan Riley, who also earned second team honors in 2010, represent the Duhawks on the list of eight players that make up the second team.
Riley (Brookfield, Ill./Riverside Brookfield), an outside hitter, led the team in kills with 330, kills per game at 2.89, and digs with 354 throughout the whole season.
Frost (Waterloo, Iowa/Columbus), a right-side hitter, was second to Riley in many categories including kills with 295, kills per game at 2.59, and led the team from a hitter position with a 2.05 attacking percentage.
Loras finished the season with a 4-4 record in the conference and a 10-23 record overall, with its season ending with a first round loss to Central College in the conference tournament on November 1.
