NCAA Div. III Women's Soccer Bracket


The Loras College women's soccer team was selected on Monday to host a Nov. 12-13 NCAA Division III Women's Soccer Championship regional in the Rock Bowl. The Duhawks earned the Iowa Conference's automatic bid on Saturday with a 2-1 win in the Rock Bowl over Wartburg College – who also qualified for the tournament and will host a regional.


The four teams making up the Loras regional are the Duhawks (17-2-1), who will play the Hanover College (15-2-2), Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference AQ) – as well as the College of St. Benedict (11-7-1, Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference AQ) and Carroll University (11-9, Midwest Conference AQ).

The first round games will be played on Saturday in the Rock Bowl. Game times are 11:00 AM and 1:30 PM central time. Carroll and St. Benedict will play in the first game at 11:00 AM and Loras will play Hanover at approximately 1:30 PM.

The winners of will play on Sunday afternoon in the Rock Bowl at 1:00 PM.

This is Loras' second consecutive appearance in the championships and ninth overall. Loras will host the championships for the fourth time in their nine trips to the tournament.
