The Duhawks started the tournament off with the hosts, and started out of the gate with a 25-15 victory, but would drop the next three sets 25-21, 25-18, 25-15.

Central 3, Loras 2
The Duhawks second action of the day matched them up against a team they have been no stranger to seeing throughout the season in their conference rival, Central College.
At the beginning of October Loras was defeated at Central in four sets in the tournament the Dutch hosted. On Oct. 11, Central traveled to Loras for Pink Night and loss in three straight sets to the Duhawks.
This past weekend was no different as teams battled for all five sets, but did not have the advantage to take down Central. Loras won the second and third set 26-24 and 25-22, respectively. Central won the first, 25-18, and last two sets, 29-27 and 15-13, respectively, to seal the victory.
Frost led the team with 15 kills, posting a .359 hitting percentage, while Goedken and Regan Riley followed with 13 kills. Rogers contributed 34 assists.
Loras 3, Buena Vista 0
Loras was able to match up against another conference foe on the second day of competition as they squared off against the Buena Vista Beavers.
When the Duhawks met the Beavers at their home court in early September they converted the sweep. This past weekend yielded the same result as Loras defeated Buena Vista, 29-27, 25-17, and 28-26.
Ten Duhawks saw court action as the team completed the sweep with Riley and Goedken leading the charge with 14 and 12 kills, respectively.
Frost and Cassie Crabill both added six kills, and Julie Rogers added 27 assists from the setter position.
UW-Superior 3, Loras 1
In the Duhawks final action of the tournament saw the team take on the Yellow Jackets, but struggled through the first two before grabbing the third set on the way to a four set victory for UW-Superior.
The Yellow Jackets won their three sets 25-20, 28-26, and 25-15. Loras won their lone set 27-25.
The usual contributors found their way onto the score card for the Duhawks as Riley and Goedken led the team with 13 kills each and Crabill added 11 along the way. Frost made seven kills on the attack and Rogers added 33 assists.
With the tournament in the books the Duhawks overall record is at 10-21, and their conference record stands at 4-3 going into the team's final game of the season Oct. 26 at Iowa Conference rival Cornell College.
Loras is tied for third in the conference with Central College and have already clinched a berth for the conference tournament, while Cornell looks from behind at 3-3 in conference.
