Loras 2nd of 4
The Loras College women's golf team finished in second place at their annual Spring Invitational earlier this week.
Abby Potts and Christina Jackson each posted two rounds in double digits in the windy and cold conditions at Thunder Hills and The Meadows golf clubs.
Potts' 88/99-187 was good for third place in the 21-golfer field. Jackson tied for fifth with her 96/98-194.
Shayna Siegert posted a 100/101-201 for ninth place and Kathryn Belanger took four strokes off her first round score, carding a 104/100-204, good for 10th place.
Loras College finished second in the team standings among the four entrants with their 786, behind Luther but ahead of Coe. Clarke University competed on just Sunday of the tournament.
