The Loras College Department of Athletics will welcome five inductees into the Varsity Athletics Hall of Fame on September 4, 2010. A ceremony will take place at halftime of the 2010 opening football game against Elmhurst College. The class of 2010 includes a golfer, two men's basketball players, one football player, and one track and field/football two-sport athlete. In order of graduating year, this year's inductees are:

Jeff Valentine, 1985, Men's Basketball
  • 1982-83 All American
  • Member of NAIA quarterfinal team in 1983, school record 29 wins
  • Currently 20th on Loras' all time scoring list and 18th on the rebounding list
Ann Cunningham, 1987, Women's Golf
  • Multiple All-District selection, All-American in 1987
  • Member of national tournament qualifying team in 1987 (team won 7 tournaments that season)
Chris Jans, 1991, Men's Basketball
  • All-Region and All Conference selection in 1991
  • Best single season in Loras scoring history (707 points, 28.3 PPG in 1990-91)
  • Most 3-point FG in school history (214)
  • Currently 16th on the all time scoring list
Tim Keane, 1992, Track & Field/Football
  • Three time All-American in Track & Field (twice in 400 Hurdles, once in 4x400 Relay)
  • Holds five school records (OUTDOOR - 2 relay teams and the 110 Hurdles, INDOOR - 55 Hurdles and 200 Hurdles)
  • First team All-Iowa Conference as defensive back for football team
  • Invited to the 1992 Chicago Bears training camp
Shane Davis, 1998, Football
  • 1997 1st team All American (Football Gazette and Hewlett-Packard)
  • Holds all Loras rushing yardage records (game-382 yards vs. UD in 1997/season-1,774 yards/career-4,734 yards)
  • Holds all Loras rushing avg. records (game-14.69 vs. UD in 1997/season-8.43 in 1996/career-6.82 yards per carry
  • Two-time All-Iowa Conference selection
  • 9th best single rushing game in Division III history on Nov. 8, 1997 vs. UD
  • 4,734 career rushing yards is 22nd all time in Division III
