Loras College senior second baseman Michelle Bahl has now hit six homeruns through the first nine games of the 2010 season, and when the NCAA released their first national rankings list earlier this week, Bahl was atop the homeruns per game list in all of NCAA Division III softball.

Bahl has started the 2010 season - her final in a Duhawks uniform - hitting .560, slugging an astronomical 1.440, and leading the team in both runs (14) and RBI (15). The Balltown, Iowa native leads the Iowa Conference in batting average, slugging percentage, and on base percentage.

Loras concludes their Spring Break trip to Florida on Wednesday with their games against Elmhurst and Manchester and finish on Thursday against Manchester and Oberlin. The Duhawks open Iowa Conference competition on April 7 in Pella, Iowa against the Central College Dutch.
